As part of its usual Industrial Property Consulting activities, Rec-IP is not intended to collect and process personal data. 

Nevertheless, we have put in place the procedures and technical means necessary to process the personal data that we may be required to collect in compliance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 modified relating to data processing, files and freedoms ("Data Protection Act") and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).

The principles implemented to ensure compliance with the obligations relating to personal data are as follows:

Personal data is exclusively data that may be necessary and useful to communicate with our customers, suppliers or other contacts (title, surname, first name, function, e-mail).

Rec-IP uses personal data exclusively in the context of the business relationship with its customers and suppliers. 

We do not sell or make your personal data available to third parties.

Only the data required by the applicable regulations and strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the acts entrusted by our clients can be transmitted to foreign colleagues involved in the procedures for which these colleagues are your agents and/or to the intellectual property offices with which we act on your behalf.

Your personal data is kept, for the duration of our professional relations, the applicable regulations or until the possible exercise of the right of erasure of the person concerned.

In the context of our professional relations, the legal basis for the processing lies in the contract and/or the mandate which binds us to our customers and suppliers.

The legal basis for the processing relating to the data collected within the framework of the acts performed at the offices lies in the legal requirements attached to the performance of the acts for which our clients have mandated us.
